Hi!Does anyone know what is the ancestry of the people in Tarshiha?Is it true the people of Tarshiha are originally Albanian or Bosnian or Greek?Does anyone know about this information? Thank u very much,salam!

thats an interesting question, I'm tarshihe but i have never heard of us being Bosnian or Albanian. i think we'd be a mix of alot of things with Palestine being occupied constantly throughout history

As I heard from my late father Ahmad Kamal Agha, our ancestors are originaly from the arabian peninsula and have later lived in Syria in Homs to be exact. They moved to Tarshiha to fight the crusaders. At that time it was not called Tarshiha.
