Peace with Israel can only happen when actors on both sides of the green line cease to use violence against civilians and push for diplomacy. Diplomacy has failed in the past, but violence only perpetuates violence and an ingrained racist hatred based on defensive resorts to stereotyping and demonizing "the other." Victim-Aggressor mentality will only continue to produce victims and aggressive actors. This dehumanization must come to an immediate halt from both sides and international entities must hold both parties fully accountable in cooperation for peace. Failure does not equate with the impossible, and peace not only possible, but necessary for thousands of children and future generations who are mentally damaged by the selfish practices of uncontrolled governments.
