I have always commiserated with the Palestinians in their plight with Israeli occupiers, so was especially interested to find out that there was a Palestinian village that shared my name (not to be confused with the previous poster, also named Danna). However odd it might sound, finding this out gives me even more a sense of compassion for the Palestinian people. Israel should never have been created after World War II. Although some would say that it's politically incorrect to say this, the Israelis are doing the same thing to the Palestinians that the Nazis did to them.
