Posted by ahmed Al-felo on May 4, 2008 #36827 بعد مقاومة باسلة و شجاعة نادرة في وجه العصابات الصهيونيةأبداها الأهالي و لم يتوافر السلاح لهم بشكل كافي بينما كانت قوات الصهاينة من لواء اسكندروني تمتلك أسلحة متطورة نسبيا . وبعد سقوط الطنطورة بيد الصهاينةفي 21 أيار 1948 تم تنفيذ المجزرة المعروفة والتي راح ضحيتها أكثر من مئتي مواطن فلسطيني من أهالي القرية , وبعد ذلك تم تهجير النساء والأطفال قسريا بعد تفتيشهم ومصادرة كل ما يملكون ثم تركهم يهيمون على وجوههمفي العراء . وتم احتجاز الرجال والفتيان من سن السابعة عشر وحتى الستين عاما وتم أخذهم وسجنهم في معتقلات كانت القوات الصهيونية تسيطر عليها , كما تم تصفية وقتل العديد من هؤلاء الأسرى قبل أن يتم تسجيلهم من قبل الصليب الأحمر الدولي و أما بعد خروج هؤلاء من الأسر فقد كانت رحلة طويلة من العذاب والألم للبحث عن اأسرهم التي تشتتت ما بين سورية والأردن والعراق ولكن أغلبية الأسر من نساء وأطفال هم لاجئون في سورية وموزعون ما بين مخيماليرموك ومنطقة القابون في دمشق وما بين مخيم الرمل في اللاذقية .
