This site is wonderful. I did not know it existed until I searched it. I was very pleased, it brought back many memories. I was born and raised in the United States, but I always hear stories of Bayt Thul from my father and relatives. When I go to Palestine, the whole family always takes a trip and we go up there and visit it. We make a whole day of it. Its great, I just wish one day we can build our home there and be togehter. Shufat is just not the same. We are from Khalil family (el shiekh, mohammed ali) So whoever is a relative on mine you can contact me by email. It turn out that Jamal, we do know you and your father. So inshaallah we will get in touch soon.

I am one of the suns of our grand father Mohammad Ali who is the owner of the most lands of Bait Thul my home village. I am now in United Arab emirates with my mother beside me, she is very happy to see some unique information about our beloved home village Bayt Thull. Most of the citizen of Beit Thul are now in Sha'fat refugee camp in nearby Jerusalem, and a part of the citizens also in Amman (Jordan), America and all of them sharing memories about those old beatifull days in Beit Thull.
