Tour and commemoration of the village al-Lajjun

Every time I drive from Um al-Fahm to Afula and pass by al-Lajjun, I cry. After the expulsion I didn't visit al-Lajjun even once, I can't... If it were possible I would return to live there, even in a tent

Nijma Mahamid, refugee from al-Lajjun

Zochrot (remembering) and the Refugee Committee of al-Lajun invite you to tour and commemorate the village of al-Lajun on Tuesday, October 5, at 3:00 p.m. We will listen to testimonies of refugees from the village, post signs commemorating the village sites, and distribute brochures prepared in honor of the occasion. At 5:00 p.m., following the ceremony, we will host a workshop at the "Sukkat Shalom" peace tent of Bat Shalom. For more information: Eitan Bronstein, 050-6314229
